"When the app works, it’s nice and…"
When the app works, it’s nice and I do like having my rides all in one place. But my rides take forever to show up, and sometimes they don’t sync at all. I’ve reconnected Garmin a bunch of times thinking that would fix it, but it’s the same issue every time. It’s not a dealbreaker exactly, but it’s definitely annoying.

"Still good for rides, but the social side got messy"
I mostly use strava to keep up with friends, but lately the social part feel kind of frustrating. My feed was feeling random a lot of the time, like I missed posts from actual friends but then I’m seeing challenges and other things I don’t really care about. Comments and kudos are still fine, but everything just got a bit cluttered and not as personal as it used to be. Finding people or groups also isn’t very smooth. It’s still useful for tracking my rides, but as a social app it really need some work...

"I really wanted to like it, but…"
I really wanted to like it, but the battery keeps dying about halfway through every ride, which is so frustrating. I’ll start out thinking everything’s fine, then suddenly I’m stuck worrying about whether I’m even going to make it back. It kind of ruins the whole experience because instead of just enjoying the ride, I’m constantly watching the battery level

"Keeps Me Motivated"
I really like Strava mostly for the people on it. When I saw my friends posting their rides or runs, it kinda make me want to get outside too. The app work fine most days, though sometimes the syncing was slow or takes a while. Still, it’s worth using if you need a little motivation.

"Fun challenges, spotty syncing"
Really like the challenges. They’re actually fun, keep me coming back. But the syncing… yeah, it can get annoying sometimes. Not all the time, just enough to notice...
"It hurts to feel priced out after all these years"
I’ve been using Strava for years, so it’s frustrating to see the price keep climbing while the free version feels more and more limited. I used to love checking in on my stats and progress, but now it feels hard to justify paying that much for stuff that seems basic. As a longtime user, it kind of stings, like the people who stuck around and supported the app got pushed to the side.
"Pricey, but worth it for me"
I’ll be fair, it’s not exactly cheap. But considering how often I actually use it, I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. If it just sat around, I’d probably feel differently, but it’s become one of those things I reach for all the time.
"It does what it’s supposed to do…"
It does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much, but am I the only one who thinks the zoom feels kind of weird? It works fine overall, it just has this awkward zooming behavior that makes it a little annoying to use sometimes.

"Great for tracking, but kinda glitchy sometimes"
I do like using Strava for my runs and rides, like, most of the time it works totally fine and it’s really nice having everything tracked in one place. But yeah, it can be a little unreliable here and there. Sometimes the GPS randomly drops, or the activity just won’t sync right away, which is, you know, annoying. It’s not a huge deal on normal days, but when it happens after a long workout, it’s definitely frustrating...

"Clear and straightforward privacy settings"
The privacy settings feel clear and easy to understand. Nothing came across as sketchy or confusing, and I didn’t run into any weird issues while using them. Overall, it gives off a trustworthy vibe

"Helped Eventually, But I Felt Stuck Waiting"
I did get the help I needed in the end, but it took quite a while. I was kind of just sitting there feeling trapped, waiting for things to move along. The support was okay once it happened, just slower than I expected...

"Good for ride tracking, but privacy settings are confusing"
I like using it to track my rides, especially on weekend mornings when I’m out with my coffee still sitting in the cup holder. The tracking itself works well, but the privacy controls are kind of a mess. I couldn’t really tell what my friends could see versus random people, which made me a little uncomfortable. I went in and changed the settings twice, and I’m still not 100% sure I got it right...

"Overall, I’m happy with it. On most…"
Overall, I’m happy with it. On most of my runs the tracking is accurate, though every now and then it does seem to cut corners a little.

"Feels Like Everything Useful Costs Extra Now"
It feels like every useful feature costs money now. I get that apps need to make money, but it’s kind of frustrating when the stuff that actually makes it worth using is locked behind a paywall.

"Garmin sync is painless"
I really don’t like having to waste time messing with settings just to get apps to talk to each other, so I was glad Strava synced with my Garmin easily. My rides and runs show up quickly, and so far I haven’t had to deal with any annoying issues or extra effort.

"Strava is fine for tracking my rides…"
Strava is fine for tracking my rides and runs, and I still use it often. But if you actually care about fitness trends and progress, it starts to feel limited unless you’re paying. I expected better basic charts for things like fatigue, improvement, and overall progress. Sometimes the numbers don’t really line up with how the workout felt either, which makes it harder to trust. It’s useful, but also frustrating, and at times it kind of feels like you’re just a ticket number unless you upgrade.

"Makes Climbs Way More Fun"
I love using it to chase friends on climbs. It adds a little extra motivation and makes the ride feel more fun, especially when I’m trying to catch someone just up the road... keeps things interesting

"Useful for routes, though I feel a bit pressured sometimes"
I mostly use strava to plan my running and bike routes, and it’s been really helpful. I like being able to quickly check the distance, climbs, and where other people tend to ride or run, because it’s saved me from ending up on boring roads more than once. That said, I do sometimes feel a little pressured seeing all the popular routes and what everyone else is doing, like I should be going farther or choosing the “right” route. It’s not perfect every time, but overall it’s super useful, and I usually check it before any longer ride now...

"The progress charts are actually really helpful for…"
The progress charts are actually really helpful for seeing how I’m doing at a glance. Nice. But the syncing feels a little off sometimes, like it doesn’t always update when I expect it to. Frustrating
"Clean and easy, just a bit busy sometimes"
I actually like Strava’s interface for the most part. The maps and activity pages are easy to read, and uploading a run or ride is simple enough that I don’t really have to think about it. The orange buttons and basic layout make it feel familiar fast, kind of like compared to other fitness apps that try to... My only gripe is that some screens can feel a little crowded, especially when challenges, clubs, and paid features are all mixed together. It’s not a huge problem, but it does mean a few extra taps here and there. Overall, I’d still give the design a solid 4 stars
